I did not know that Sprint was a cell-phone carrier in Sioux Falls until prompted by this petition. I would consider switching to Sprint if they were to demonstrate that their services were more than just a another blip on their coverage map. Would advise Sprint to go 4G and dramatically improve their SD market share or pull out and cut their losses.
