I cannot believe this kid got off with a slap on the wrist. He deserves to be expelled and at the very least, suspended from extra curricular activities!

As a grandmother of a special needs child that is required to attend school with bullies like this boy, it just breaks my heart. I definitely think charges should be made and not just a slap on the wrist. I also believe whoever was filming and watching are just as guilty.

It's really very simple. He criminally assaulted the victim and should be charged.

I Definitely agree. Suspend him from football and the parents of the child needs to file assault charges against him. And sue the school or board of education if they don't do anything!

That definitely is NOT enough punishment. Yes he deserves suspension from playing football, I think he deserves as much as law allows.

Suspension!!! Are you serious?! This kid bullied a special needs kid over a phone, hit him repeatedly and the threatened him... he needs expelled period!! What is wrong with this society!!! The kid deserves to be punished... he has not only verbally and physically hurt the other kid but humiliated him. The vboy videoing should get expelled too...

I would b getting a lawyer and suing kids parents maybe that will make him learn his lesson when he has to quit football and work all the time to pay for the damages done to the poor kid
