The bully throwing the punches should first be expelled from school for 365 days
Then he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If he isn't punished sturnly he will only become a bigger bully and really cause harm or death to another individual as he gets older.

he needs to spend some time in juvie and really altho his friend was filming .lets be glad about that..there was the proof....he cant deny it..

This was not a fight. It was an assault with threats of future assaults and for that the perpetrator should be sentences to reform school.

Unacceptable. Kids are getting meaner and lives for attention on social media. Stand up for these kids being bullied and show the bullies their actions are unacceptable.
