We the Owner’s/ Renters of Spring Valley Condos have complied with the removal of the following items: Bike’s and Basketball goals from underneath the stairs/walkways, we have also compiled with No BBQ Grills. From our understanding from the management of Spring Valley Condo’s, it was a fire safety issue or a city rule. Upon residents of the Spring Valley Community calling the fire Marshall and inquiring, we found this to be false statements from the Spring Valley Management. Now we have been told the Trash bins are being taken away. We were told that was a included in our rent/ home owner association fee, as living in a condo/ townhouse. We have Disabled and Elderly residents that will not have the ability to take their trash to the “New designated areas.” As a Spring Valley Resident’s, we feel you are not putting our best interests to heart.

This Petition is against the removal of the Spring Valley Trash Bins. I am signing this Petition under my own Free Will.
