Please deny this application. I lived for many years next to FairyTails on West 48th St. It was a never-ending nightmare with patrons hanging out and soliciting residents and tourists as they passed by. Thankfully, it seems the club has permanently closed.

There are plenty of other businesses that can grow and be useful to a community than a club. We need to think about how we want to shape and what's important to a community. It's a losing business at this time, especially when our struggle with COVID could last a year or two or more.
