Venue not for a family neighbourhood. It is too noisy, opens too late and performances are too loud.

Hell’s Kitchen has become hellish enough under the failed leadership of Nadler/DeLousio/Redanty et al...No room for Spot.

This establishment has caused much frustration since inception. I recall complaining about the open storefront windows exposing bare chests and projected nudity on a screen behind as early as 4:30 PM when the children from the neighboring schools would be passing the by. To be fair, their patrons have been quieter and more respectful of others just passing by more recently. However, we have an increased number of children and young adults who use the pedestrian way in front of the bar and other adults who still complain of the unfriendly and bothersome patrons who stand outside while smoking and sometimes drinking on the street. Please do not grant this application.

We have enough bars..One of the owners was a partner at Bartini who promised to be a good neighbor..that bar was a nightmare for those of us living in the surrounding buildings.

The history and reputation of this owner matters, he’s had 3 establishments closed down and that takes time and headache for the residents dealing with the problem in real time. It is an appalling track record. SLA, deny this application!

We do not need another bar like this in the area. I think there should be a moratorium on liquor licenses at this time. Why would you create another bar that could possibly be closed down with the strikes rule.
