To the Sportsmall Tennis Club Management,

We, the undersigned members of the Sportsmall Tennis community, respectfully submit this petition regarding the recent dismissal of Coach Eric Clark. This news has deeply saddened players across all ages and levels. Eric is not only an exceptional coach, but also a positive, uplifting presence who has helped build a true sense of community, teamwork, and passion for tennis at Sportsmall.

Eric has consistently demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and kindness, and he has made a profound impact on our tennis experience. Many of us consider him our favorite coach, someone who inspires us, motivates us, and makes Sportsmall a place we are excited to come to.

We believe that the decision to let Eric go may not fully reflect how deeply valued he is by the membership. Sportsmall will not be the same without him, and we sincerely fear that his absence will affect the strength of our tennis community as well as the long-term vibrancy and loyalty of club members.

Our purpose is not to issue demands or ultimatums.
Instead, we wish to express — with honesty and heartfelt sincerity — how much Eric means to us and how strongly we hope Sportsmall will consider reinstating him. We ask the management to kindly reconsider this decision and to keep Eric on staff, so we can preserve the sense of connection, continuity, and family that he has worked so hard to build.

Tennis at Sportsmall is more than just lessons and court time; it is a community. Eric has been an essential part of that community, and we hope you will take this message to heart.
