I want to petition the Town of Hampstead to install/provide a splash pad for the kids in the area to enjoy. I travel to different areas and see them frequently attached to community parks. Let's make Hampstead, MD part of getting kids outside, socializing and enjoying water. Dont give donations!!! This is just to show Town of Hampstead that this is some we would like in our community.
