This is a call out to all the supporters of every Scottish Football Club who desires change to our leagues and future. Scottish football has been ona steep decline for the past 10 years and is drifting further and further away from the bigger leagues in Europe. Our co-efficient is projected to be as low as Andorra and San Marino withing the next 5 years and that is unnacceptable. Scotland has a strong tradition with football but with every passing season that tradition is being tarnished by those who are in control our our destiny. We need change, we need a future, we need our heritage back. If we recieve 100,000 signatures, we will send this petition and covering statement to ervery SPL club, the SFA, UEFA, FIFA and every major UK and European Media agency demanding change because the supporters will have spoken.
