The momentum surrounding our request for fibre optic infrastructure in Countesthorpe is now undeniable. It is clear that the frustration with our current connection speeds is shared by many throughout the village. TOTAL RIP OFF. paying for superfast and getting nothing. getting sick of it now.
Need this fixed asap. Cant work from home at all with this flaky signal.
The speeds are truly diabolical. Its actually faster to use my 4g data than the home wifi which is ridiculous considering how much the line rental costs.
My connection is so bad my kids cant even do their homework. Living in the 21st century and getting speeds like its 1999 is a joke.
Honestly its embarrassing. I moved here for the village life but I cant even stream a movie without it buffering every 5 mins. Sort it out.

I feel I have been hoodwinked by BT when I moved here from another village, they charged me more, made me extend my contract and I have abismal,slow internet connection. Please sort it out BT. If it doesn't change I won't be renewing.
