I have lived on Balsam for nearly 20 years. I have seen this street grow from one block that ended at foxglove to more than 6 long blocks ending at Sherman another main road that has a walking trail for pedestrians. There are numerous children that like to play outside on Balsam and be safe.there are parks such as Barrington and Sherman that children walk to after school. Sometimes during the early morning (when children walk to Hurd Elementary on Eucalyptus street) and early evening hours large trucks and cars race down this street. I am asking for your signature to keep our Newman children safe, and from some crazy driver from hitting someone. Thank You!!!
