Hello-

I am asking that people support me on having a speed limit made for our street. I have just lost a great cat due to most likely some idiot speeding. They did not realize and just left her on the street. I am 13 years old and I was the one who found her. I am devastated about this loss. It is making me realize how many people speed and do not care if they hit an animal. I would love it if people could support me because this would mean the world to me. I would like the signatures of people that agree with me and what I am trying to do.
