Since the events of recent months many community members have vocilzed their concern for the safety of our community members. In past years we have installed speed limit signs, stop signs and have begged community members to please slow down and obay all traffic laws in the neighborhood.

As the homeowners in Amberfield in Falling Waters we need to do more to protect the community residents. Since people have ignored the speed limit and have treated Dorchester Drive as a raceway and have ignored the 4 way stop sign at Carrington Drive and Dorchester Drive, it is now time we take a stand and demand more from our HOA.

We the homeowners of Amberfield Subdivision in Falling Waters, WV are demanding that traffic slowing devices be installed on Dorchester Drive in order to keep the traffic at a speed that is safe andreasonable. Many studies have been done with reguards to speedhumps and speed bumps. and it has provento be very valuable device to keep the public safe.

We are asking te HOA of Amberfield to have bids submitted and that speed bumps be installed to keep our neighborhood safe.
