Government Banks recruiting the Specialists at verious levels Managers/officers to provide expertise in their respective area of specialization, to avoid frouds,sharing of powers,for better decision Making supports to top management.However under the garb of administration certain authorities providing under employment & misutilizting specialists diverting their posting duties & by frequent transfers against appointment, duites of specialists officer & the transfer policy their normal tenure of service of minimum 5 year, Which leads to frouds frustration in specilists, higher resignations of specialists. Through this Petition in favour of Public interest High court should issue strick dirctives to utilize the services of specislist officer till completion of their normal teneure in thieir respective area of specialization and provision of punishments to authority who mis utilizes the services of specialists.
