Call for a Special Meeting of the General Membership of GLATA

We, as members of GLATA are petitioning the Board of GLATA pursuant to Article 2 , Section 2 of the GLATA Constitution, to call a special meeting of the general membership. The call for the special meeting is discuss the following:
1. The state of current club finances and the treasurer's report dated 01/12/2011 distributed at the January meeting of the GLATA membership.
2 The rules specified by the GLATA constitution, in general, and specifically in the use of a quorum.
