I, in no way want to have, what is essentially a commercial venue, this close to my home. I too moved here for the quiet and the open spaces. I never want to see 150 cars and trucks so close to my house. Had I wanted that I would have moved to a city.

I moved in this area (Old Braswell Rd) to get away from traffic, loud noise, parties, etc . I love my quiet community and the silence I have every day when I step outside. This venue would be SO out of place where open pastures and countryside remain...unwanted traffic, gatherings and music on weekends will ruin it all.

This type of commercial facility is direct conflict with the current residential/ agricultural nature of our community. It will hurt our property's overall value and diminish our quality of life.
