Special Needs children are discriminated against, teased, and bullied every day. Children are all the same, no matter what age they are. If there were some way to stop this bullying and allow disabled children to have as much fun as other children, then we should do it. Incentives and punishments should be enforced so that if the ones discriminating against and doing the bullying can work towards something positive. I'm asking parents, teachers, and law enforcement to help these children - who may look different, act different, or sound different, but who are still children - out.
