We request the special meeting. The right management company can bring value to the HOA especially in enforcement of the rules. Volunteer members should not have to lean on their neighbors to correct infractions. Best left to an impartial non-resident manager.

I am 100% against an HOA management company. They are all absolutely horrible! They take your money and don’t do anything.

We've heard one HOA Mgmt Co rep speak to our heard. If the move is to hire a mgmt co, should we not hear what other mgmt companies offer? A special VDN board meeting is welcomed by me.
