The land scape guys are so bad I locked my gate, 3 times out and they didn't even know the valve needed turned, hired another company to show me how to do it...

The conflict of interest is clear as day. You hired your own company that wasn't even legally allowed to do the work. They violated my opt out contract. No other resolution is satisfactory until you allow homeowners to manage our own neighborhood.
