Dear Mr. Peterson

Pursuant to the Amended and Restated Bylaws of Medina Golf and Country Club Section 3E, we the undersigned representing 25 Voting Members of the Club hereby request you as President of the Club to call a Special Meeting no later than fifteen (15) days from the receipt of this Letter. The purpose for this Special Meeting is to reconsider the vote whereby a majority of those Members of the Club that submitted a vote, voted to assess Golf Members $3,000 for capital assessments to be used to purchase the Hendry Land (Par 3), renovate the maintenance facilities of the Club, and renovate the dining facilities of the Club.

At the Special Meeting we request you as President present the Members with the options considered and rejected and not presented to the Members. Also at the Special Meeting, we request a review of your's and the Board's knowledge of the financial condition of the Club before the Boards vote and recommendation to the Members to vote in favor the $3,000 per member Capital Assessment. In addition, given the recent approval of the Board to assess the Members of Medina for the operating shortfall for 2014, we request a review of the current financial state of the Club, including the budget assumptions for 2015.

Lastly, we request a re-vote of the Members, breaking apart the decisions to finance, through Membership capital assessments, the three capital projects approved by the Board (the purchase of the Hendry Option for the Par 3 land, the renovation of the maintenance facility, and the renovation of the dining facility.
