This management company didn’t provide my key card for almost a year after I moved in. They ignore complaints for some people and they pick on those that show their hypocrisy.

The goal of an HOA is to make the neighborhood a better place to live in and to retain/increase property value. Our management company actively makes this a WORSE neighborhood to live in.
Our neighbors our kind and generous people, the management company is the problem.
