The stories coming in from fans about these missing scenes remind me why this film remains such a significant part of our collective memory. I have spent the last few days gathering documentation on the production cuts to ensure that our case for a deeper look at this movie is as thorough as possible. The history buried in those reels deserves to be brought into the light.

The Turtles deserves to get a special/director's cut of their best movie. Especially I they have the scene of Mikey working off his frustration in the barn.
I have been waiting for this release my entire life. And I prefer these features: Director's commentary, deleted/extended scenes (because I know they exist!), retrospective documentaries, mini featurettes, trailers & tv spots (for the film). The barebones DVD is not enough to keep me satisfied, if Germany can release this material, so can the USA! Please don't keep me or every other fan waiting. Oh yeah and... an extended soundtrack release of the complete score by John Du Prez... I always loved that score and I would petition for that as well!!!!!
I've been waiting 24 years for this! I'd be willing to pay for such features and make it worth their time and effort
Would love to see a directors cut of this movie! With the extended and deleted scenes, the way the movie was meant to be seen.
Please, Please release a special edition of Teenage mutant ninja turtles, its one of the best comic movies of all time. I would love to have all the extended scenes in this movie and to be honest the longest version possible.

I have been a fan since '88. I have seen every movie on opening day. The first movie is by far my favorite, and I would love to see a director's cut on this amazing (indie film) success! Turtle Power!
