Mild to moderately learning disabled students deserve the same education as main stream students. These students are having they're intelligence insulted. These childten can learn every thing the mainstream students can in a smaller setting (wich they already have) with more access to instructors. The problem is these students are taugjt grossly below grade level and told that they can't reach grade level. This has to stop if these students are tp have a chance at a productive life
