It should be mandatory for companies to allow parents to take two or three hours of their lunch time everyday, when working, to be with their children and to bond with them. This will not only benefit the children but it would benefit companies as well, creating lower turnover rates and happier employees. Children under 5 years old should not be forced to socialize with other children and strangers for long periods of time everyday. Studies have shown that long periods of time away from parents can be damaging to a child and THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!! Do this for our kids and help our families become happier by creating a foundation of healthy children and happy children. Please sign this petition so we can fight for our children!!!!
