I bought on the development in 2008. It was supposed to be finished in 7-8 years. There is no end in sight and initial promises of country parks, cycle lanes and decent roads have no been kept in timeframes promised. It seems all about profit and sod the people who live there.

The residents of Stockmoor and Wilstock are tired of more development being proposed when the existing infrastructure for us is still so poor, I.e. Large parts of the estate still have no superfast broadband, and the existing service is poor. Roads and street lighting have not been adopted and are in very poor condition. Why do we need 4th petrol station within a mile? The new road layout at Junction 24 is not going to be sufficient for the current traffic flow, let alone more generated by this site. Give us our LONG overdue SDR also!

The high speed of growth and slow delivery of supporting infrastructure along with changes to what was promised is unsustainable - please stop & review now - it's gone too far from the plan already

The infrastructure cannot cope with the current building that has taken place, let alone any more. The roads are inadequate and in disrepair. There is no care from the builders regarding current residents. The roads need marking to eradicate dangerous parking impeding emergency vehicles if they would ever be needed. The limitations of access roads while construction takes place is dangerous, fencing blowing over, paths not suitable from walking on let alone pushchairs.

Sold a country village home, turning into an overly built up, concrete city with no amenities not to mention school spaces, adequate roads or community space.
North petherton's roads cannot cope with further developments. There is NO NEED for another petrol station!!
