We object to the proposed change in zoning laws from low density to high density for the parcel of land located on Troy Road between Coddington and East King Roads, and to the new high density rental unit housing development that is being considered for this site. We believe that the infrastructure is not in place to support this significant increase in population and traffic, and that large multi-story rental complexes are contrary to the existing character of the area.

The character of this neighborhood is exactly why we bought here. dont ruin it with these huge rental complexes.
we didnt move out to this part of town just for it to look like the city. keep it residential please.
Stop the high density zoning. Keep our area safe and quiet for the families already living here.
ridiculous. the infrastructure just cant handle that many people. who is even approving this stuff?
Troy road is already a mess during rush hour. adding hundreds of cars is gonna make it impossible to get anywhere.
