We want to demand a Spartan Race in St. George Utah. The race is to be set in sunny St. George Utah. This sprint distance 5k is set to be run at Sand Hollow park, September 28th 2013. This course will be designed by Hobie Call and backed by Spartan Race.
We need 1000 signatures and they said they would put us on their event calender. Please forward this to all your friends, relatives, co-workers. Lets make this happen!!!

I have been scouting the terrain at Sand Hollow and the potential for a world class course here is even better than I first imagined. We are continuing to push for this location because St. George deserves a race that tests our limits against this incredible landscape.

Seeing this kind of energy for a race in St. George feels surreal given how much I have pushed for this course design. This momentum proves that our community is ready to bring the intensity of a Spartan event to our own backyard.

St. George is the perfect spot for this. Tired of driving all the way to Vegas or SLC for a race.
Hobie Call is the man. bring it to st george.
