You keep cutting down trees and not replanting the trees you have cut down. Not good for the mountains or animals.

Trees are vital to the environment. They provide us cleaner air, housing for animals, stability of earth and so much more! Stop with deforestation! We cannot survive without nature but nature would surely strive without our destructive ways. Fat pockets are worthless if we keep destroying Earth!

These trees, and that area, seamed to be some of the last bastions of natural world. Lightly touched, but now being decimated and desecrated, it once was the hallmark of everything I enjoy in Arizona but that seems to be going awry. I hope this madness can stop. You're destroying everything that makes your state great, and this long living trees (not a grass or a bush) are the flora and fauna I think of when I think of Arizona.

I'm just wondering, did they obtain permissions to drive such heavy equipment on these private dirt roads? And is it not their responsibilities to remove the matter in a safe way? Not fully securing the particles they have stored away in the back of the truck until reaching surface streets is a big time no no!

I am writing in response to information I have recieved concerning cutting Pinon/Juniper pines in Navaho County. It appears, that once again, it is designed to increase cattle grazing opportunities. Unfortunately, it will disturb wildlife habitat. As a result, I am not in favor of it.
Beyond that, it is my understanding that ranchers are allowed to graze a cow and a calf on Public land for approximately $14 a year. This is literally, a free lunch at taxpayer expense. This is Public land not Special Interest land. Cows are not eco friendly.
I firmly believe that this archaic, self serving lease option be reconsidered.
Reconsideration is long overdue.
Please advise.
