Span Arts has undergone drastic changes recently, including the re-designing of the building's exterior. It is our intention that the dramatic mural, completed by Peaceful Progress, will transform the Span Arts building into a landmark upon the visual landscape of Narberth, thus attracting more visitors and tourists to the area. As you may have seen, many people are taking pictures of the building on a daily basis and Span Arts has now become a real talking point within the community.
We are currently applying for retrospective advertising permission for the building and we would really appreciate any support from the public for our mural. We have had a lot of positive feedback from the local community and the general public for the look of our building and we are hoping that this petition will reaffirm this support.
Please sign this petition if you are a fan of our new look!
The local council is dragging their feet on this permit and they clearly do not care about the vibrant piece of culture that Peaceful Progress created for our town. I have been fighting their bureaucratic stalling tactics all week to ensure this mural stays exactly where it belongs.

The local bureaucrats are clearly feeling the heat because our momentum is impossible to ignore now. People love this mural and the powers that be need to stop dragging their feet on this permit.

The building looks so much better now. It really brightens up that street when you walk past.
