To Spalding Estates Neighbors: Many neighbors in Spalding Estates have expressed concerns regarding the property located at 5580 Queensborough Drive (corner of Queensborough Drive and Coronation Drive). We are working with Dunwoody Compliance officer Tom LaPemma (770-355-5544), and have contacted our Dunwoody Mayor, Mike Davis to seek help in insuring that this property meets City and County Compliance laws. Please use this petition to record your support of further intervention by the City and/or County to maintain the property in accordance with City and County compliance laws.

This petition does not give the City or County any rights that they do not already have under the current laws.  It only demonstrates that the condition of the property is a concern of many that live in Spalding Estates.
