The purpose of individuals signing this petition is to call for a special meeting of the association to ask board members questions regarding the operation of the community and to remove board members if necessary. The individuals signing this petition must be the legal owner of the property in order for their proxy and the signing of the petition to be binding at any meeting of the association regarding the election or removal of Board members.
