Push Southend Airport To Allow Southend Airshow to Return!

Well overdue! Airshows brought great business to the area.

The continuing success of the Clacton air show is reason enough to show why not having a Southend one is frankly ridiculous! Hell they haven’t even got an Airport!

Bring the air show back. Was always there as a kid with my dad. Our bank holiday weekend, brings in the crowds to, and a great show… defo bring it back

This would be great for the whole community regardless of age, good for local businesses this brings people for miles around to come for a great air show in a great location for generations. Please bring this back.

I live near the airport and would love the air show to return. Bring in lots of tourists that spend loads of money.

Southend needs the reinstatement of the airshow now more than ever. The increased footfall will aid the recovery of our downtroden highstreet at the very least.

The air show was always my favourite thing as a kid but it stopped when I was 10 but I would absolutely love to see it come back around

I use to love going to the airshow with my dad. He sadly passed away so he would only be there in spirit but I'd certainly be there with the entire family. I love the thrill of watching the planes take off, actually I just love all of it including the atmosphere
