This is a beautiful, rural residential area and I'm disgusted that the city would even contemplate this!
It is an area that has a high equine population as well as cyclists and hikers, the extra traffick (large trucks) will put people and animals at risk and is absolutely unacceptable, not to mention the added pollution!!!

Please look into a different site like the industrial park. South Canoe Is a quiet family area. It tranquil and already plentiful with its current surroundings. The area is not sufficient for this type of facilitie. Please reconsider ♡

We just bought a beautiful acreage in south canoe because of the wonderful community it is part of. The public works yard does not belong here. It belongs in an industrial area.

Why would you even consider putting an industrial activity in this pristine area. I don't live in South Canoe but I would like too unless, of course, you plop this city works yard out there. This is a no brainer folks!

We are one property away from proposed property and would really like the area to stay residential rather than becoming more industrial.
