This is cruel, the family need a petition for the police to do a job they trained for. Shame on those responsible x

I don't understand why a petition has even had to be launched! This is bloody ridiculous. What an earth is the point of paying tax if something as basic as scouring the river Taff has resulted in a petition?! Sending luck and love to all of Lorraine's family and friends <3
