Swimming-basketball?? Why are they allowed and not hockey. Give these kids a break-they’ve lost enough!!

I was a long time hockey coach and coached ages 4- high school and can’t believe that South Hadley is doing this to these kids that have worked so hard to keep their grades and other skills sharp so they can play. Once again the powers to be are short sided when making this decision. I’ll bet the football season was played.

Please treat hockey players with the same consideration as other sports. If the team is healthy, let them play!

The protocols that are in place work. I am a hockey referee on the weekends and I can assure you that all the teams are abiding by the rules. Let’s these student athletes play...

Let them play, without masks. Masks during physical activity are dangerous, especially in a rigorous sport such as hockey.
