I really thought this might just be me shouting into the void when I first hit start on this page. Seeing this kind of energy building up is honestly a bit overwhelming but it shows that people are finally waking up to what is happening in our local classrooms.

Stop common core, I don't want my children being confused by the B.S. way of common core!
My son is failing math this year and he has done fine in the previous years. These learning procedures really are just nonsense.
My child has a learning disability in reading comprehension and ADHD. He can not do the math. He is in danger of failing because the 4th grade math makes no sense to him. His resource teacher couldn't do the math. If the teacher can't do it how do you expect a child to do it?
Please, put a stop to Common Core in Oakbrook Elementary. Charleston, S.C. My children were all A students before C.C. Now they have C's and B's. Their self esteem and confidence have suffered greatly. Please help! M. Taylor
My grandson brought home math homework last night and neither me or his mom could figure out how to solve it. This is crazy. Keep this insanity out of our schools!
Common core is not what I want for my kids. Keep it out of South Carolina!

My daughter is now struggling with simple addition and I don't even understand it myself take this pointless common core b.s. out of South Carolina!!
