The African National Congress wishes to withdraw from the UN ICC, we as South Africans must Unite and demand that the ANC cancel their withdrawal! Here's why: 1). The African National Congress already faces charges of Apartheid crimes oppressing the white minority, The ANC has implemented numerous laws aimed at the white population of South Africa, some of the laws are as follows; Black Apartheid law includes: “Transformation”, Black Economic Empowerment, Affirmative Action, Land Restitution, Economic Revolution, Cadre Deployment, etc. The UN has charged the ANC because of those laws (Article 2 defines the crime of apartheid –“which shall include similar policies and practices of racial segregation and discrimination as practised in southern Africa” – as covering “inhuman acts committed for the purpose of establishing and maintaining domination by one racial group of persons over any other racial group of persons and systematically oppressing them”) If the South Africa leaves the ICC then they gain immunity and can not be prosecuted! 2)The ANC failed to arrest an international criminal (Sudan President) who has committed Genocide on he's own people! If SA leaves ICC, this nation will become a safe haven for all international criminals who has committed similar crimes, including human rights violations, Genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity! 3) If SA leaves the ICC the chances of the ANC regime becoming more cruel will be greater, Zuma can turn into a dictator preventing freedom of speech, freedom of expression and freedom of movement and most of all ban other parties from taking part in presidential election! The UN will not be able to bring them to justice because they gain immunity from leaving! As a South African, I urge all fellow South Africans to prevent the ANC from withdrawing from the ICC for the future of South Africa and demand them to cancel the withdrawal!
