I personally think the St. Louis BarCycle is a welcome addition to Soulard and St. Louis as a whole. It brings a fun, quirky aspect to the already awesome Soulard neighborhood. I trust Dan, the St. Louis BarCycle owner, to keep the BarCycle and its patrons under control so as to not become a nusiance to residents of and visitors to the Soulard neighborhood. By signing this petition, I am stating that I support the St. Louis BarCycle in the Soulard neighborhood.
