I desperately want a Surgery & The Pharmacy to be kept , in the same place, I've been going there for well over twenty odd years, the staff are like family.

Save this surgery

Adarshi Chemist is very local and provides a brilliant service to the local community, why take this surgery away?

It's a great surgery and I'm sad to see Dr Fernandes retire however closing the surgery must not happen!

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. Great practice.

Surgeries in the area already over stretched shutting this one will make things even worse. Invest more money in the NHS and social care now!

It is vital this surgery remains open. As we all know what the workload for gp's is like at the moment. The more surgerys there are available, the better chance there will be for improvement in waiting times and etc.

This surgery must stay open, the other local GPS are over subscribed as it is with appointments very hard to come by, if this closes then the whole community will suffer

People using this surgery for years need it even more now as they get older
