As a faculty member at MIIS I agree that Middlebury should support students as they navigate the incredibly complex and expensive Monterey housing market and the challenges they face along the way.

I am a MIIS student who would’ve liked to return to in person classes but couldn’t due to the high housing costs in Monterey and difficulty finding a rental

Given the high cost of housing and the many shady landlords in Monterey I think MIIS should do more to help and protect students.
