S.O.S Governor DeSantis! Save Our State from Unconstitutional Mask Mandates and Unlawful Arrests!

I have been pleased as to how you Gov DeSantis and President Trump have handled this “virus situation” so I ask that you please continue to make good choices and the right decisions and to also not ignore this petition. Please lift mask mandates and other mandates related to this “virus situation” and please let us go back to normal and free. And please please acknowledge Tara Hill for being a peaceful voice for us all and agree to and change the policy standing in demonstration peacefully and living the life God have us the right to live. So many cannot wear the masks and it is not healthy for people to wear them the way they are or when they are healthy. This is basically to appease other people's anxieties and it's not ok!

We should not be forced to wear a mask. I can not breathe when I have one on. It causes me to feel anxious and hot. It’s not fair that we have to feel like that.. if f people are scared they should wear one .. if they feel safe then wear one . But I’m Not afraid abc should not have to wear something that makes me feel sick

Dear Governor DeSantis, I demand that you to NOT extend the "State of Emergency" orders. We at "Open Up Martin County" a grassroots group of informed, aware and motivated citizens, in Martin County, are opposed to Mandatory Mask interventions, and all of the closings of beaches and selective businesses. The State of Emergency Order you have implemented acts as Legal Cover for Local Government to over step the Citizens Constitutional rights. While States rights are in play, the poorly written State Laws are your cover, although they're immoral and unconstitutional. Martin County commissioners, being influenced by the private corporate business called Cleveland Clinic, who owns the two hospitals in Martin County, are making rash decisions evry time they shut someone down or ban us from going somewhere, or try to mandate masks. This is a major conflict of interest betwen a private company and our public servants. Your state of emergency order goes against the spirit and intention of our founding documents. If you extend this emergency order, you will assist to undermine our Individual Liberties. Please do not extend the State of emergency Orders. We should be able to choose if we want to wear a mask or not. This goes against our freedom. If you want to wear a mask do so but don’t force others to wear a mask.

I will not comply with tyrannical mandates! I served my country and fought for our freedoms not to lose them now for a virus with such a high recovery rate. Are we going to do this for every new virus? Is this just the beginning? Where does it end? People need to take personal responsibility for their health NOT the government! This is a slippery slope governor DeSantis and I hope you will not be a part of it.

Mask mandates do not offer protection, but rather give people a false sense of security. These mandates are unlawful & infringe on our basic civil rights.
