1. Performance of AAM with regards of the management of our community
2. Performance of Wendy Blauvelt with regards of the management of our community
3. Lack of follow up and urgency with both Wendy and AAM.
4. Lack of basic customer service skills with both Wendy and AAM.
5. Lack of transparency with the community.
6. The failure to allow community members to take an active role in the HOA.

I think the basic problem with Sorrento, is that only 25 to 30% of the subdivision is developed. So we that currently live here are noticing a lack of effort by AAM toward the community. But that being said if your efforts to date is not up to par to fit the needs of the current residences what will happen when your subdivision is developed to 90 to 100% ? will you be able to handle the problems that arise on the duck pond and other landscaping issues that might arise. Maintenance is a major concern as well as the roadways and cracks developing and repairs being made to keep Sorrento in a proper state.

they cited me for having garbage can out the fine $ 50.00 no warning an notice you are guilty. i appealed to the board they turned down the appeal they sent 3 pictures 2 was on different dates and both were the day before the pick up and the 3 rd was the day after , it was on the neighbors side but that did not matter to them. i took the matter to small claims court to be between myself and a board member, they took it to civil court and hired a lawyer all for a 50.00 dollar unwarranted fine. I guess the board does not believe innocent until proven guilty ..
