This Petition is to let the HOA Board of Directors and Wendy Blauvelt (Community Manager) and AAM (Associated Asset Management LLC) that we the undersigned home owners are not happy with the following.

1. Performance of AAM with regards of the management of our community

2. Performance of Wendy Blauvelt with regards of the management of our community

3. Lack of follow up and urgency with both Wendy and AAM.

4. Lack of basic customer service skills with both Wendy and AAM.

5. Lack of transparency with the community.

6. The failure to allow community members to take an active role in the HOA.
