Allowing a despot to dictate what we watch is complete cowardice. Perhaps you didn't notice that North Korea threatens the total annihilation of the US on a regular basis, yet they can't seem to get a missile across the Sea of Japan. Here's a completely real threat - If Sony doesn't release this movie, I will do all I can to make sure that Sony never sees another dollar of my money. I simply cannot support a company that would give in to random threats so easily. To Kazuo Hirai - you should be absolutley ashamed of yourself.

I want to see this movie ssooo bad. It's a shame that Sony succumbed to bullying and b.s. empty threats.

don't cower to threats of terror. When we give in to fear we give power to the weapon of terror. take a stand, say we will not succumb to threats, release The Interview, and make a little money all along the way.

Still, the release in theaters would be a better way to go.

Sony, you are saying the terrorists win. If you follow through with this they will not stop. What will be next? Release this and I will be there Christmas Day. North Korean pinheads be damned.

This is America... 1st Amendment... freedom of speech & press... you pick! I value my freedom to watch what I want to watch... without having to worry about reprisals or oversight by a dictator!! NK may be able to intimidate Sony... but not me. Give the people a choice! Let our $ do the talking. I guarantee this is the best free advertising any film has ever had... so they'd be fools not to release it in some respect.

The release can be handled in other ways -- hint: This is the Internet. Stream it on Release Day as planned, on Demand, for Pay, and I challenge all defenders of free expression to back up their commitment with their dollars.

It's pathetic to give into these threats. It's NORTH KOREA. They can't feed their own people, much less pose an actual threat. Grow a pair and release the movie.
