Drivers need to be made more aware of this crossing. By informing drivers how fast they are driving doesn't make them slow down. Some drive to fast to notice the warnings. Somebody will be hit on this crossing!

A puffin crossing is the only solution to ensure the safe crossing of pupils & others once the crossing patrolled is made redundant. Pound lane is a fast road & busy cut through to cross the Thames.
