Allow Disabled Veterans with greater than a fifty precent (50%) Service related dissability Rating shall be allowed to cultivate, for personal us,e twelve (12) total Marijuana Plants and half again in cure. These are AMERICAN soldiers who need to decompress from the battles. The cultivation process, growing, and the medicinal end product tames a wild beast. Let OUR warriors decompress and settle in. WE gave much we ask not much in return.
