Reb Shlomo, You built Ger but in the same time by allowing this to continue YOU are destroying Ger, it is understandable that you don't want or can't support the Rosh Yeshiva too as for that YOU are Ger , but to allow the chillul hashem and the pain and sorrow and damage caused to private individuals which have left for what ever reason they decided to do so, that itself destroys Ger and The Pnie Menachem and the Lev Simcha and above are crying for this, so kindly do see that this situation stop immediately without any excuse that they hurt the Rebbe or so as that itself should be a Stop sign because chazal say הנעלבים ואינם עולבים
