I, like many people purchased a Sodastream Machine from Sodastream UK. They took my money from my credit card and changed the status of my order online from "new order" to "approved".

These orders were made between Sunday 8th and Monday 9th Dec 2013, some with a voucher code, some without.
Up until Thursday 12 Dec, they were still taking money from people's credit cards. Some people received their orders, some got a cancellation email... most of us got neither.
On Friday 13th Dec, Soda Stream UK Wrote a status on their Facebook page cancelling all orders. They did not cancel orders by email, just on Facebook.
They kept asking people to email them for further information... knowing they were still in working hours, but had put their email service to "out of office" so we all got an automated reply.
We as a group paid for a machine, you approved our order and took our money, this is a contract.
Now, we would like our machines please. I do not want a refund.. i want what i paid for.
I refuse to be ignored like you are currently doing, this will not go away and neither will we.

We the undersigned are your customers waiting for our machines and other like minded people who believe what you are doing is wrong.
