I am with you!!! There should not be one way in any ways.

I am signing this petition since I believe that the employee must receive the benefit of amount he or she paid for pension even if they have to move back to India after 5 years. Govt is mandating pension scheme for employees for future protection, and so it has to be paid to everybody no matter where they live.

This is morally nor right.As someone who will leave this country,should have rights to claim the contribution he/she paid.

This is totally discouraging Indians from going back to India and closing doors for our own country to bring back qualified labor.

5 years agreement should be withdrawn. It is not in favour of Indians. Please cancel this agreement and allow us with options to decide what to do with the money.
