I definitely agree with the cause. There are innumerable reasons why one could need to move back to his native country despite having spent a good amount of professional years in the Deutscheland. I hope they bring about the change intended through this petition

All the points are valid and Once we move to India our social security amount should be moved to Indian PF account

Please take this issue seriously as the decision will affect a lot of people and there retirement life.

I raised this serious concern before Parliamentary Delegation in Frankfurt Germany. Honorable Loksabha Speaker Shri Om Birla Ji, and Honorable Congress MP Shri Shashi Tharoor Ji assured that they will ask Indian government to raise this matter before German authorities.

Both Employer nd Employee contribution to be reimbursed upon relocation to india.

Also, is it only dependent on how many months you pay into the Rentenversicherung or also how much you pay (the amount)that limits a potential refund?
