Soca To the World. Many Hollywood Artists have made Soca music but they called Tropical music instead. If you Google any Soca song you will see it says it is Reggae. We need to stop the erasure of our culture. The world should acknowledge Caribbean originality.

As I am a Dj as well as an artiste who works abroad am well aware of the need for this petition to be recognised as a powerful genre of music that is not only well loved and received,but is lacking the push that it needs and should be getting.And I think as a type of cultural music that's being generated from the Caribbean, with this petition approved it would strengthen the influence of a well love genre of music on a more international scale.
